Tasting Notes
A large spoonful of apricot jam along with dried kitchen herbs and a pinch of baker's yeast. You wouldn't think that would go together. But it does. On the palate, however, it has a hard time, as its alcohol provides a distinctly sweet impression as well as little movement.
