Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Pale golden yellow. Mirabelle plums, ripe apple, dried apricot and nuances of spices on the nose. Beautiful texture on the palate, a ripe acidity and a pervasive, concise saltiness. Yellow, dried fruit on the finish, salty and smoky.
