The red wine Premius, vintage 2014 from the winery Château Yvon Mau has been rated in 2017 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Bordeaux in France.
Fruity, unusual aroma: almost like blood orange, but also wood and blueberry. Full-bodied palate with ripe, medium-grained tannins and a supple, expressive background. Overall quite classically built, with spicy notes on the finish, will continue to develop very well for 3-5 years.
