Complex and dense on the nose, chamomile blossom, sage, nettle, mango, quince jelly, orange zest, salted lemons. On the palate with dense extract and mineral savouriness, the creamy core is interspersed with a fine vein of acidity and saltiness through to the finish, long on the palate, with certain ageing potential.
