Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Very fine, persistent perlage. Delicately floral, white flowers, green lemons. Light-footed, mineral, delicate hints of oranges, subtle fruit sweetness, subtle herbal spice in the finish, some tannin in the aftertaste. A kind of Greek Prosecco.
