Disgorged September 24. Honey and yeast on the nose, coconut flakes, apple peel and apple peel tea. The palate starts with a fine mousse, the creamy and round mid-palate leads to an extract-sweet, almost mild finish. The acidity remains discrete and accompanies in a subtle way,. Slightly phenolic, but also salty finish with iodine undertones.
