Budvar Original Lager präsentiert sich in einem strahlenden
Gelbgold und einer reinweißen,
feinporigen Schaumkrone. In der Nase
sind vordergründig malzige Noten
erkennbar, die von einer besonders
feinen Hopfenaromatik des Saazer
Aromahopfens begleitet werden.
Durch die 90-tägige Lagerung bekommt
es eine besonders feinperlige Rezenz,
welche sich in einem milden Antrunk
widerspiegelt. Der vollmundige Körper
wirkt sehr ausbalanciert und zeigt zuerst
vom Malz stammende Aromen, wie
frisch gebackenes Weißbrot und eine
dezente honigartige Süße, bevor sich im
Abgang die Hopfenbittere hinzugesellt.
Diese wirkt erfrischend und regt zum
Weitertrinken an.

Tasting from 08.05.2026: Roland Graf, Martin Pichler, Conrad Seidl, Sebastian Voglmayr, Harry Mittermaier

Rich golden yellow - lots of white foam. Aroma of grain and dry hops. Slender, yet malty aftertaste. The sweetness appears late, but ensures a full drink. The hop bitterness only comes to the fore towards the end - resulting in a balanced finish.
