Tasting from 30.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Cloudy, light cherry red, light pink foam. Red berries on the nose, some cherry, fresh malt notes, subtly smoky. Pleasantly lean on the palate with a certain acidity and very fine carbon dioxide. Pleasant tartness and nice, fresh juiciness in the finish. High drinkability. Could only be a little broader.
