Tasting from 08.05.2026: Roland Graf, Martin Pichler, Conrad Seidl, Sebastian Voglmayr, Harry Mittermaier

Red-brown and with a large-meshed Ivoire foam. Nut butter and milk chocolate-covered butter cookie - cool! Surprisingly tangy on the first sip before a chocolate mousse-like lightness takes over. The finish then has a nice roasted bitterness. "Has train"!
