Almost black, reddish brown with a cream-coloured foam. Aromas of nougat and a definite sweetness. Full on the first sip, with roasted nuts and bitter cocoa. The sweetness disappears almost completely, giving way to a bitter impression overall. An aftertaste of dark chocolate.
