Medium yellow gold, brilliantly clear and nice foam. Aroma of yeast, some yoghurt, meadow herbs, also slightly sulphurous. Full-bodied on the palate, good aromas reminiscent of pizza bread, basil and a little marjoram. Nice and dry aftertaste.
