Tasting from 16.06.2023: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Medium, brown amber, slightly cloudy. Complex and distinctive on the nose: sweet, fruity honey notes, cocoa, some hops, reminiscent of ripe fermented fruit. Fine roasted notes complement the whole. Medium-bodied on the palate with a very fine, almost creamy impression of CO2. Shows a subtle bitterness and a certain sweetness in the aftertaste. Finishes with cereal-scented notes and a salty impression.
