Tasting from 25.04.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Light, clear golden yellow, bright white foam. Fresh on the nose, malty notes, grassy hop nuances, fruity hints. Slightly sweet on the palate, again with fresh fruit notes, very fine carbonic acid and a pleasant, subtle acidity that creates tension. Nice length.
