Straw yellow, almost clear, lots of dense foam. On the nose, acidic fruit aromas of quince and greengage with some resin hints. Fruity on the palate, with a mixture of apples and pears alongside notes of cornflakes, finally a touch of somewhat demanding bitterness. .
