Lemon yellow Zwickl with a fine, chamoix-coloured foam. In addition to yeast, there is also a hint of vanilla in the aroma, which also features stone fruit. Medlar and dried apricot on the palate, supported by powerful carbonic acid with an almost metallic freshness.
