Beautiful golden brown with solid foam and medium adhesion. The nose reports brown butter and demanding bitter notes. Quite strong, but again with a hint of pastry (Kaisersemmel and sandwich), a very delicate roasted note and then bitter tones in the finish. Balance is not quite there.
