Dark amber in color, lots of cream-colored foam. Bisquit-like aroma, apricots and red apples. Sweet, initially very light on the palate. Then the heavy, alcoholic sweetness sets in, which is absorbed and contained by the robust bitterness. This also dominates the dry finish.
