Dark cocoa brown, practically without foam. On the nose, chocolate chestnut, steamed chestnut and a little chocolate coating. Surprisingly clean attack for the "dark" nose; hardly any sweetness on the palate, but a distinctive roasted bitterness and a bitter-chocolate finish.
