Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Attractive pink colour in the glass and a heart note of orange peel overlaid with grated ginger. The flavour also has floral notes, but a tingling ginger dominates in the end. A very good balance between fruit, acidity and sharpness!
