Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Clear filler with an almost elegant aroma of ginger abrasion, some green cardamom and lime zest. Fine sharpness on the palate at first, which increases as the wine progresses. Together with the good carbonation, a recommendation for all "mules".
