Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
The herbal accords are prominent on the nose. Some basil, but above all notes of fresh thyme and lemon balm are vivid. The Mediterranean note is also noticeable on the palate, which also "breaks" the sweetness in the spritz, for example. Finishes with a lovely lemon reverb.
