Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller
Very pleasant on the nose, with fine savoury and herbal notes and a hint of citrus orange. On the palate, a well-judged ginger note is added, which completes a harmonious overall impression. A perfect partner to a good bourbon, rum, or the like.
