Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Pronounced grapefruit flavour in the slightly cloudy pink mixer - tangy zest chords follow. More restrained on the palate with the fruit, yet always refreshing, to which the fine but continuous carbonisation contributes. A clear "Paloma" recommendation!
