Fresh lemon zest and clear notes of rosemary define the aroma, which is also characterized by a slight acidity and nuances of black tea. The palate confirms the aroma, with citrus and rosemary setting the tone and underpinned by mousseux. Slightly acidic, dry and fresh until the finish.
