Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
The nose reveals a good balance of ripe quince and juicy red elderberries, with a hint of tea. Dry and straightforward on the palate. A light acidity and an invigorating perlage frame gentle notes of berries and quince, with herbaceous nuances. Slightly earthy and with well-balanced acidity on the finish.
