White gold colour in the glass, with fine carbon dioxide drive. Beautiful oscillation between light-fleshed pear and yellow apple on the nose. Full-bodied impression, with an almost savoury note (mustard seed) over the well-balanced apple-fruit mix. "Has traction!"
