Honey yellow with fine foam. The nose reveals yellow fruity fermented notes of quince, yellow bell pepper and pear balsamic vinegar. Fine carbonation, almost savoury and yet with an acidic bite. "Aperitif or as an alternative to Chenin Blanc"!
