Delicate bouquet with hints of tea, fine acidity of rhubarb and floral nuances. A dense mousse on the palate and once again, noticeable black tea, which is well framed by tart, fruity rhubarb notes. A great balance of sweetness and acidity, with tea and rhubarb notes defining the sparkling finish.
