Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer
Biting ginger spiciness on the nose, which also characteristically brings a certain citrus freshness. Clear on the palate with a clear ginger note accompanied by a fine acidity. Gentle tones of green tea are added on the mid-palate. The fresh finish once again brings ginger, acidity and a slight sweetness.
