Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer
Fresh, slightly spicy and floral nose with distinctive notes of flavoured black tea, some light fruit is noticeable. Pronounced acidity on the palate, dry body, fruity base note, ripe quince resonates, the black tea comes to the fore on the mid-palate with subtle bergamot. A dry, acidic finish that once again brings tea, bergamot and quince.
