Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Distinctive golden yellow in the glass, with a very subtle mousse. On the nose, a hint of honey broadly rounds off the ripe apple. On the palate, an intense flavour of pureed apple, with the carbon dioxide provided a light support.
