Fully ripe quince dominates the aroma, slightly floral, honey-like and subtly tart. Dense aromas on the palate, a strong acidity enlivens the picture, the quince typically unfolds in the mid-palate. Strong perlage and a slightly tart nuance provide freshness. Fruity and with a subtle sweetness on the finish.
