Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
Grape and tart redcurrant dominate the bouquet, with slightly earthy nuances and a fresh, slightly acidic component. Sweetness, acidity and fruit are well balanced on the palate, with a lively perlage providing freshness. Red berries and an increasingly powerful acidity lead into the sparkling finish.
