Tasting from 11.09.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Daniela Smutny & Martina Piribauer
Medium amber in colour. Aromas between pureed pear and honeycomb show exceptionality. On the palate, a TBA-style elixir, with notes of tropical fruit and a final burst of acidity. However, the "Kletzen" flavour clearly indicates the pear.
