Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
Complex nose with notes of sage, forest honey, flowers and a hint of camomile. Dry, herbal and slightly sweet on the palate. Sage is present once again, along with some tea and slightly woody, ethereal notes reminiscent of Swiss stone pine. A tingling, harmonious finish.
