Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer
Ripe strawberry and vegetal mint dominate the nose, which also has some acidity. On the palate, a fruity acidity frames gentle strawberry notes, which are given more freshness by a little mint. Overall dry mouthfeel, with a little tea on the short, slightly acidic finish.
