Robert Ganzfuss' café is a gastronomic focal point in the village. In addition to delicious homemade ice cream - including vegan varieties - it delights families as a true pastry and ice cream paradise. Everything from own produce and regional ingredients.

The ambience of Forchtenstein Castle, one of the most important landmarks of Burgenland, makes every breakfast an unforgettable experience! The selection is diverse - from vegan to "Grenadier breakfast", plus numerous extras. Indulgence with historical flair!

This is only available here: seasonal chocolates, made by hand, sweeten the coffee. Spiegel also offers a selection of around ten drinking chocolates. The espresso comes from the Hainisch roastery in Oberschützen - and tastes good not only with the "veggie" breakfast.

The coffee, freshly ground by Hausbrandt, is a delight both on site and to go. From homemade cakes and pies to sandwiches and cake boxes "to go", the selection is large and constantly varies. Best of all, the lake is right outside the door.

"Sunrise Cuisine" is the name of the line in the restaurant, which is named after Esterházy architect Benedikt Henrici. The choice between Pannonian and Levantine is already available at breakfast, when espresso or latte is poured. The smoked salmon pita is also top-notch!
