The look and feel of OKU Ibiza was carefully developed by the in-house design team. Fascinated by the location, the team created an interior that reflects the carefree beach lifestyle of the island. The philosophy of the facility was brought to life through the sensible use of space and the ideal use of natural light and shade. Two restaurants provide culinary delights: The OKU Restaurant for an intimate dinner and "To Kima" by the pool for a chilled-out way to eat. All menus are created by Executive Chef Mark Vaessen, former director of SUSHISAMBA. Known for his masterful Japanese fusion cuisine, Vaessen has created innovative menus. Dinner in the OKU Restaurant creates an elegant atmospherewhich serves exceptional international fusion dishes with a strong Asian influence. The bar, located next to the hotel's remarkable 50-meter pool, serves refreshing cocktails throughout the day. This exuberant hotel spot is perfect for an aperitif or digestif - accompanied by DJ beats until the early hours of the morning. You can enjoy all-day breakfast and lunch at "To Kima".
