Apricot Negroni

Apricot jam and cocoa powder – an adventurous but irresistible twist to the classic Negroni.

Ingredients
30 ml dark rum
30 ml red vermouth
30 ml Campari
1/2 teaspoon(s) apricot jam
1/4 teaspoon(s) cocoa powder
lemon twist
  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes, add all the ingredients and stir well.
  • Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon twist.
