Apricot Negroni
Apricot jam and cocoa powder – an adventurous but irresistible twist to the classic Negroni.

30 | ml | dark rum |
30 | ml | red vermouth |
30 | ml | Campari |
1/2 | teaspoon(s) | apricot jam |
1/4 | teaspoon(s) | cocoa powder |
lemon twist |
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes, add all the ingredients and stir well.
- Double strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon twist.
