Hemingway Daiquiri
"This frozen daiquiri," Ernest Hemingway wrote in Islands in the Stream, "so well beaten as it is, looks like the sea where the wave falls away from the bow of a ship when she is doing thirty knots."

| 50 | ml | white rum (eg Havana Club 3) |
| 1/2 | lime | |
| 50 | ml | maraschino liqueur |
| 35 | ml | fresh pink grapefruit juice |
| ice cubes | ||
- Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with grapefruit zest.
