Scary Rosalie
This cocktail with its floral-fruity note and gin is perfect for Halloween.

| 30 | ml | gin |
| 10 | ml | rose-lychee syrup (eg Spitz Rosalie) |
| 20 | ml | freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 5 | ml | peach liqueur |
| sparkling cherry blossom drink (eg Spitz) | ||
- Shake the gin, syrup, lime juice and peach liqueur on ice in a cold shaker.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne glass (without ice) and top up with the sparkling cherry blossom drink.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
