Scary Rosalie

This cocktail with its floral-fruity note and gin is perfect for Halloween.

Ingredients
30 ml gin
10 ml rose-lychee syrup (eg Spitz Rosalie)
20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
5 ml peach liqueur
sparkling cherry blossom drink (eg Spitz)
  • Shake the gin, syrup, lime juice and peach liqueur on ice in a cold shaker.
  • Strain into a chilled Champagne glass (without ice) and top up with the sparkling cherry blossom drink.
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
