Frank Xu comes from a dynasty of chefs and celebrates the best Chinese cuisine in Switzerland at Tsé Fung. The selection of dim sum is great and Cantonese classics are given a modern twist. The harmony of flavours and textures is perfect.

From the two verandas of Le Jardinier you can admire the yachts in the picturesque harbour of Geneva and enjoy the innovative cuisine of the house. Vegetables, salads and herbs are organically grown and form the basis for the creative vegetarian dishes.
At the Steakhouse in the Passage de Lions, the best cuts of beef, veal, lamb and pork are cooked over beechwood charcoal on the open grill. The crispy poussin is also delicious. The selection of side dishes is large and the various sauces are homemade.
De la Place is appreciated for its uncomplicated atmosphere and refined cuisine made from local ingredients. The burgers are delicious, as are the pâtés, which are filled according to the seasons. The wines served are 100 percent Geneva wines.
In winter, the dining room has an inviting crackling fire in the fireplace, and in summer, the secluded garden is enchanting. The chicken baked in a salt crust is very good, served in two courses with excellent sauces. The extensive wine list leaves nothing to be desired.
Here, classic Lebanese cuisine is celebrated to perfection. The mezze surprise in their variety and are partly refined with regional ingredients such as Gruyère cheese. The laid back atmosphere provides the perfect setting for the lovingly arranged dishes.
The modern restaurant is located in a beautiful park and is integrated into the ensemble of the historic town hall of Collonge-Bellerive. The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is not the only reason to stop in: on Sundays, you can have an extensive brunch here.
Café du Centre is famous for its wide selection of seafood. The oysters come from Brittany and Charente-Maritime. If you're in the mood for meat, there's also a great selection, such as burgers or lamb tajine. Fantastic take-away offer.
