The upscale, family-run hotel offers luxurious suites, a large infinity pool and fine wellness. The cuisine is light-footed and Mediterranean, accompanied by the hotel's own Pinot Noir and other fine wines. Herbs are grown in the hotel garden and bacon is refined in-house.
The wonderful panoramic location in the middle of the vineyards is one of the inn's plus points. The hearty cuisine, which revives the spirit of the past with plenty of heart and taste, is also a delight. In addition to dumplings, veal shank and roast venison can also be ordered in advance.
Its history dates back to 1690. Today there is a bar and a restaurant under one roof. The cuisine is contemporary South Tyrolean with seasonal and fresh products from the region. The Carnaroli risotto with chanterelles and black truffles is a real treat.
The historic inn offers three traditional, cozy parlours, the regional cuisine fits the concept, pasta and Brettljause taste excellent. The in-house pizzeria also serves gluten-free and wholemeal spelt dough, and the pizza with fresh seafood is exceptional.
The pretty little mountain inn scores points with its natural surroundings, sun terrace and cozy rooms. Hearty gastronomic delights await guests, starting with a Tyrolean bacon snack. In the evening, there are warm dishes such as pasta with mushrooms, spinach dumplings or crispy Wiener schnitzel.
At almost 1,500 meters, the pretty, flower-filled farm is located directly on the Merano High Mountain Trail. Salami, smoked sausages and bacon are produced from the farm's own grey cattle, while vegetables and herbs are grown in the garden. Dumpling variations and buckwheat dishes are also a must.
This friendly pizzeria offers a wide range of dishes, the highlight being the stone oven pizza topped with fresh ingredients. Fine antipasti or pasta dishes, and on Thursdays and Fridays scallops can be ordered in advance. You should definitely try the tiramisu made according to an old family recipe.
