Extremely precise, appetizing aromatics of gripping smokiness, sweet fruit and spice. Vanilla and cinnamon are discernible as well as fine citrus notes. On the palate, smooth and soft with vivid, peaty smokiness until the long finish. Despite the high alcohol content, the whiskey does not seem aggressive in any way, but always soft and sweet. Ingeniously constructed malt.
