Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Besides the tannic oak notes, dried apple and some mint are vivid on the nose. The barrel notes bring a savouriness, bready components are added. Medium length with some minerality on the finish.
