Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Spicy with hints of mustard seed, cucumber and fresh garden herbs. Full-bodied on the palate, the spiciness is becomes dry with lots of juniper. On the finish, a tart note is reminiscent of pomace. With a classic tonic, some citrus comes out.
