Naturally cloudy orange gold, brass touch, fine, persistent mousse. Fine nuances of hay flowers and tea, some lemongrass, dried apricots. Medium complexity, a hint of pear and hemp, subtle acidity, good balance, lemony-salty finish, light-footed food companion. (PM).
