White pepper lifts first, clean and pointed, before the bright, cutting freshness of lemongrass sweeps in like a sharp breeze. Kaffir lime leaf follows with its unmistakable green‑citrus snap, only for more lemongrass to return and underline the whole thing with a taut, aromatic line. Fresh hops trails at the end, a faint floral bitterness that flickers through the citrus and spice like the last note of a well‑steeped infusion.
