Balsamic and spicy on the nose, rock dust, pepper, blood orange, candied pineapple, quince, chamomile flowers, sage. On the palate the Bernkastel Graben is very juicy and elegant, with fine phenols and a ripe, load-bearing acid vein that gives the fruit structure and length, with potential.
