Organic winemaker Markus Bruker did not only give a new label design to his wines, no he also made sure their inner qualities were newly up to scratch. They are characterised by savouriness and freshness and are very enjoyable – this is not an unimportant factor for Bruker whose family runs a superior hotel and restaurant in Grossbottwar. We especially liked his Chardonnay “Oberstenfeld” with its firm core and grippy structure. The Riesling Spätlese “Rotkeuper” is also really beautiful – and would be just perfect with an apple tart.
